The whole team did an awesome job in repairing our RV and showed outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. Our RV broke (battery fell off the RV during driving) right at the beginning of our vacation and the team also spotted a leakage of the black tank. They repaired everything within a couple of hours, even after several discussions with the rv rental company to support us.

We are so grateful for the great service and the work we had done on our pop up camper at the beginning of the summer. We received such kind and thorough help with everything we needed. Raj and his team patiently took the time to explain everything and all of the work we had done was excellent.

During our recent RV trip from California to Vancouver Island, BC we had a leak in the hot water line under our kitchen sink. Eddie connected with Carol at Wanderer RV who made it possible for us to stop by enroute from Victoria to Cowichan Bay. Raj and Aaron took excellent care of us. We were on the road again (after breakfast at a very close by Tim Hortons) in less than 2 hours and for less than $200 CDN. We were very happy. We highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Eddie, Nancy and Timmy (our tripod Golden Retriever) happily give this business 5 stars!

I only write reviews when companies go well beyond expectation and Wanderer RV did just that! Our fridge died while on vacation on Vancouver Island this summer and Raj, Wes and team not only fit us in to get us back on the road quickly they went above and beyond in every aspect. They explained every detail of what happened with the fridge, how they carefully replaced it and spent a lot of time going over my entire RV with me. They even helped us out with a place to stay when a shipping issue happened (not their fault) and we had to stay an extra day. I couldn't say more about our experience. It was so exceptional we are coming back this week to have them do more work on our RV, and we live in the lower mainland!

Raj and the team saved our trip when we came into difficulty with the sink in our RV. They sorted the problem immediately when we were advised by another party that the work could not be completed for another 4 days. Raj and the team prioritised sorting our issue to ensure we got back on the road that day. We couldn't be more thankful and couldn't recommend Wanderer RV Ltd more. Great customer service, great quality of work and great individuals. Thanks again!
